How can I get in touch with the customer helpdesk?

You can reach us at +18008910822 or email us at help@truthandbeauty.in for queries. You can also submit your query in the contact us page.The team’s hours of service are Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (excluding holidays). We have limited support available on Saturday.

When can I expect a response to my email?

Our team is working very hard but we are a new brand with more limited resources at present. While we are expanding our resources, our aim is to respond to all inquiries within 24-72 hours. Please note that our response times may vary during peak periods such as after product launches or promotions.

Can I place an order over the phone?

For better security, we are unable to process any orders and/or accept payments over the phone. This is our exclusive online store. You can place your order here.
If you experience any difficulty, our customer service team will gladly walk you through the process if you need any help placing your order online. To reach our team, please visit our contact page to submit your inquiry or give us a call.

Do you test on animals? Are your products cruelty-free?

We do not test our products on animals. All our products are 100% cruelty-free.

Are your products vegan?

All our products are 100% vegan. None of our products include animal products or byproducts (with the exception of one future product that contains propolis)

The product I want is out of stock!

Just email us, and we will get it back on shelves for you! Our team will notify you once we restock your favourite product. Or you can also add the product to your wish list and provide your email address there. You will be notified once the products are back in stock.

Can you recommend some products for my skin type?

Our Skin Type and Concerns filters can help you identify the best products for your skin. You can also take our skincare quiz or get in touch with our skincare experts via WhatsApp by clicking on the WhatsApp icon on the bottom right part of the home page.

Can you send me samples?

We are working on creating small trial samples to allow you to test out the products before you buy them. However, this process may take a couple of months!

Where can I buy your products?

This is our official online store. You can buy the products here. We are also working on onboarding our products on online marketplaces like Nykaa, Flipkart and Amazon. You will soon be able to buy our products there too.

How do I store your products?

We recommend storing our products in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Some products such as C Radiance Serum and Smart Ageing Complex do require refrigeration after opening, but this is noted on the directions.

For all others we suggest storing at room temperature, however, there is no harm in refrigerating (with few exceptions).

What is the expiration date for your products?

Please read the package details to learn the expiry date of our products. Everything from the manufacturing date to the expiration date is printed on it.

Can you tell me which products are suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding people?

While each ingredient has been tested and is considered safe for topical application, Truth & Beauty products have not been tested on pregnant or breastfeeding people. When pregnant or breastfeeding, it is recommended to avoid any skincare products containing retinoids such as the Smart Ageing Complex.

How do I conduct an at-home patch test?

Patch tests are an easy way to help predict if you will have a negative initial reaction to a new product. It is recommended to perform a patch test before incorporating a new product into your routine. The following is a general method for conducting your own patch test .

1) Apply a small amount of the product onto a clean area of skin on the upper forearm.
2) Keep the area dry.
3) After 24 hours rinse the area.
4) If any redness, burning, itching, blistering or irritation is observed at any time throughout the test, do not use the product.

Is my product authentic or counterfeit?

The safety of our customers is a key priority, which is why we are committed to the prevention of the sale and distribution of counterfeit products or products sold through unauthorized retail channels.

Unfortunately, we are unable to verify the authenticity or integrity of any products or packaging that have not been purchased directly from the Truth & Beauty store or one of our authorized online retailers. For your safety and to achieve the intended benefits of our products and technologies, we strongly recommend only purchasing from authorized retailers or us directly.
