SHIPPING CHARGES

We offer free shipping for all prepaid orders over the value of Rs. 499. For COD orders, we charge a flat fee of INR 40, regardless of the order value. Our fastest delivery partners will ensure that all purchases are shipped from our warehouse.

DELIVERY TIMING

So, you can sit back and relax while we take care of the rest. Once you have placed your order, please allow 3-8 working days for domestic delivery*.The delivery time may increase in some rare emergency cases or during times when we are facing an unpredictably high demand. Don’t worry we are working at minimizing these sort of delays from our side.

RETURNS

If you receive damaged, wrong or expired products from our end, then you can return the product. It would be amazing if such returns can be made at the time of delivery only. If not you can contact our customer support team and raise a return request.

Or if you apply for a replacement, then you will get it within 3-12 business days. If you have used the product and experienced any side effects - you can return it back. However, you need to submit some proofs (photos or videos) in order to avail refund.

DND

All goods received will need to be signed upon delivery. If you opt out of DND services, we will send you an SMS regarding the delivery. We take our responsibility seriously and want to ensure that your purchase reaches you in perfect condition.

Therefore, we request that you check the package for any damages or shortages before signing. We regret that we cannot be responsible for any damages that occur beyond this point. If you do find any discrepancies, please report it to our customer service on the same day or the following business day of delivery.

RETURNS AFTER 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY

We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. Please file an individual complaint if you have some specific concern regarding the product even outside of this 7 day period. If the brand allows product return in this case, the cost of shipping will be borne by the consumer.
