D alpha tocopherol- (0.5%)

The most active form of vitamin E with photoprotection properties, lowering the production of sunburn cells, inhibiting photocarcinogenesis. It helps stabilise doubling the effectiveness of Vit C.

Carrot extract

The root extract is known for containing the orange pigment beta-carotene, aka provitamin A. It is a famous molecule for being a potent antioxidant, and having skin-regenerative abilities.

Tocopheryl Acetate (0.5%)

Whle it is the most commonly used version of pure vitamin E in cosmetics, it’s also more poorly absorbed by the skin and may not have the same awesome photoprotective effects as tocopherol. Here it is used to stabilise retinaldehyde more than it’s own function as an antioxidant.

Cloudberry seed oil
